The eAnalog 3200
is an analog I/O interface card that collects measurements from
sensors. It includes an analog amplifier to magnify signals and
an analog to digital converter to convert the analog signals into
a digital format. The eAnalog 3200 card is under the command and
control of the Sensor Control Module
(SCM), which sends commands to start and stop sensor sampling.
The digitized sensor signals are then sent to a SCM over a shielded
cable like a digital databus or wirelessly (depending on the application
need). The eAnalog 3200 Card and SCM modules can be housed a single
enclosure separate enclosures. The card has the capacity for modular
growth.
